Postage and Shipping
Sue's Soap Bar has a $12.00 flat rate for orders within Australia. We use Australia post with tracking so you have piece of mind.
If you are unsure about your order, would like to know more about a product or would just like to say 'hi' please don't hessitate to get in contact.
We are not responsable for any orders that may go missing or are damaged after delivery. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot except returns if the seal or packaging are broken or damaged. If you believe your product is faulty please contact me with the details and a photo of the fault. Please contact me before returning the product as failing to do this will not be refunded or returned. Items that are returned will be assesed and will be either replaced or refunded accordingly. Refunds will not be issued on change of mind purchases or if you do not like a scent. Please read the scent discription before purchasing.
Orders will be posted within 5 days of recieving payment. All weekend orders will be shipped the next business day.
We now offer local pick up. Pick up is at Bakers Hill 6562 W.A.
Once your order is ready an email will be sent to organise a day and time for collection. The customer has 5 days, after purchase, to collect their package.
We are an Australian based business.
Sue's Soap Bar does not offer international orders.
Please store your goodies in a cool, dry dark area, away from pets and small children. Soap should be used within one year of purchased date and bath products should be used within 3~6months of purchase date to ensure quality of your product.
