Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of these products, returns are not excepted for change of mind or scent preference. Please check the scent description before purchasing. Refunds or replacements are only offered for faulty items. If you think your item is faulty, please contact me with details and a photo before returning anything. Unapproved returns cannot be refunded. If a return is required, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned items is received, it will be assessed. If approved, it will be replaced or refunded for the product cost only.
Please note: Postage costs are non-refundable.

Local pickup (Stratton, WA 6056)
Local pick up is available. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email to arrange a collection time. All orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase.
